Not at all. We have experience teaching people of all ages. Even up to the advanced age of 85. We can help structure class tailored to help you at your own pace.
We take every precaution to keep you safe. While it is always possible, we will ensure your safety and health in every class.
It is always best to consult your physician or doctor first. We take in account your fitness level and medical limitations and will help you pace yourself and reach your goals.
Our classes will run from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on what class. We recommend coming to class 2-3 times a week. Coming as often as possible will help accelerate your skills and abilities.
There is always a chance of accidents. With the structure and attention we give every day in our classes it is very rare and if an accident does occur they are usual very minor. We have many safety protocols in place.
Currently we offer classes Monday - Friday 5:30 - 8:00pm Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 1:00pm
